PROBLEM
Amazon Advertising needed strong ad products that could drive innovative and efficient customer flows.
INSIGHT
Amazon is very customer centric, has a lot of products, and control customers flow from purchase to delivery.
PROCESS
Through a Design Thinking methodology, we empathize on customer needs and behavior through Amazon and E-commerce in general. Then we defined several key points that thoses experiences needed to achieve. We ideate, prototyped, tested and iterate to finally create a stable product from design features to timeline execution.
SOLUTION
We created several landing pages that you can discover through public Amazon advertising page.
